Attachment-Based Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy
I am an Attachment-Based Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor and Teacher who trained at The Bowlby Centre. I am a registered psychotherapist with experience in private practice, the NHS and voluntary sector.
I have experience of working with clients on a short-term basis as well as open-ended therapy. My approach is deeply relational, and I see psychotherapy as a collaborative venture.
My private practice is currently located in Hackney, East London, and Bournemouth in Dorset. I also offer online psychotherapy and counselling.
I am registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and comply with their Code of Ethics and Professional Practice. The UKCP is the governing UK-wide body to whom I am accredited and accountable. The UKCP register is accredited by the Professional Standard Authority. I am a Member of the Council for Psychoanalysis and Jungian Analysis College (UKCP).
I am also an active member of the Bowlby Centre in London, where I have experience of teaching the psychotherapy training course.
Prior to training as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, I worked in Business Development and Executive Coaching in international corporates for nearly 20 years.
